Booking Terms & Conditions

All Cancellations attract a $100 Cancellation Fee. Deposits are Not Transferable should you wish to change your Booking to another service.

If you require your treatment at a later date you may provide a minimum of 48 Hours Notice from your original booking date and we will  required an  email sent to bookings@platinumbrows.com.au . 

Once we receive your email we will endeavour to reschedule your treatment to a date and time that is suitable for you . 

*PLEASE NOTE: Any further rescheduling of your original appointment will cause your deposit to be forfeited and a new booking must be made via our bookings portal. By making a booking you accept and confirm you meet the suitability criteria found on our FAQ section of our website, you confirm you have read understood how to prepare for your treatment and accept the treatment and all our booking policies.
